Starting in February of 2016, HomeAway/VRBO began charging travelers a "Service Fee" for the use of their sites. The fee has a maximum limit of $499 and is calculated as 12% of the sum of the rental excluding occupancy taxes. To ensure collection, Expedia, the parent company of HomeAway/VRBO removed identifying and contact information for both travelers and owners from listings and correspondence until payment is made through the sites.

You can reach me via email, or by texting or calling the number at the bottom of this page.
In addition to circumventing the 12% fee, rates for contacting me directly
are lower than rates listed on the sites.
Payment may be made through PayPal to ensure a safe transaction.
I have provided a link at the bottom of my FAQ page about the new fees and how to avoid them.
