Regarding Our Rates
If you came upon this website after making an inquiry on an Online Travel Agency (OTA) such as VRBO, Airbnb, etc., you will notice our multi-day rates are discounted. When booking directly through this site, you will not pay an OTA commission which are generally between $300 and $400 for a week's stay. These discounts are not available when booking through an OTA largely because they have removed alternate pricing for terms of less than seven days to maximize profits.
DO NOT ask us for alternative pricing through the OTA. Contact us through the "Contact" page on this website. Once a booking has been confirmed through an OTA we cannot and will not cancel the booking. Directing travelers to book off of an OTA platform is a violation of terms of service and will cause removal of the listing. Correspondence regarding direct booking cannot take place on the OTA platform. We cannot direct you off of an OTA platform or provide any contact information through the OTA. If you discovered our site following a booking on an OTA, please understand this and know we will be more than happy to book you directly in the future.

In compliance with CA SB 478 (Fee disclosure), total daily rates with applicable fees appear in the pink box below with the total cost for the stay in parenthesis. This total cost does not include State or County taxes or refundable security deposits.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations occurring more than 2 days prior to arrival date will be refunded the cleaning/laundry fees in full.
Cancellations occurring on arrival date will not receive a refund.
Guests paying by check will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations occurring more than 2 days prior to arrival date will be refunded the cleaning/laundry fees in full.
Cancellations occurring on arrival date will not receive a refund.
Guests paying by check will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 4:00 P.M., and check-out is at 11:00 A.M.
Laundry Services
Our cleaning service provides laundry services for the cabin not included in the standard cleaning fee. The rate is a flat $150. The service will prepare ten beds prior to your arrival with clean linens and provide towels for you and your guests. Following your departure, bedding and towels will be removed from the cabin and laundered offsite. Sugar Pine Cabin has several sets of linens and towels in order to provide the service and the service is well worth the fee. Should you have any questions regarding the service, please use the contact page to reach me. Cleaning and laundry service fees are waived for stays of 8 or more nights.

The cabin shall not be used for parties, weddings, or other group-like activities.
All lodging terms require a returned occupancy agreement, application, copy of government identification and an occupancy list.
When using a credit card for payment, the cardholder shall be a lessee or a co-lessee on the occupancy agreement.
Reservations are held upon receipt of security deposit and occupancy agreement only.
Reservations may be made up to one year prior to the occupancy dates.
The occupancy shall not exceed 14 days.
Payment in full is required at 30 days prior to arrival date.
