The loft features two bedrooms, a private room overlooking the backyard with a King bed and the second bedroom having six twin beds. The loft is also equipped with a smart TV and DVD player. The loft has ground-level access to the driveway via a short, elevated walkway.

The main floor of the cabin features a large dining area, our popular "game closet", a living room complete with an entertainment center, a large redwood deck with a propane grill and two large picnic tables, a half bathroom, a full kitchen, a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom.

The bottom floor has an arcade/game room with an air hockey table and a number of classic arcade games such as Space Invaders and Pac Man. In addition to a game room, this floor has a laundry room, a full bathroom, and a large bedroom with two queen beds.

The Location
Sugar Pine is a small residential community located on SR-108 (Sonora Pass). The town is situated largely on the south side of the highway about two miles east of Twain Harte and bordering the west edge of Mi Wuk Village. A few businesses are located on the highway as you pass through Sugar Pine, most notably the popular Sugar Shack (coffee shop and bakery). Although several markets and restaurants are nearby in Mi Wuk Village, grocery shopping is best done at the Twain Harte Market, a full grocery store with a butcher, bakery and complete produce section. Restaurants abound in Twain Harte, as do other services you may need.
The Sugar Pine community is home to several small lakes, with Sugar Pine Lake being the largest. This private, gated lake is exclusively available to members. Guests staying at Sugar Pine Cabin enjoy access to the lake, which is conveniently located a short walk from the cabin. The lake is surrounded by wooded acres, secured by fencing, and accessible with a key fob. Visitors can enjoy fishing, a serene beach, picnic areas, and swimming in the temperate waters. The lake area also includes a parking lot, a trail that encircles the lake, a dam suitable for fishing (excluding the beach area), and diving platforms. Guests are reminded to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the lake rules during their visit.
The neighborhood in which Sugar Pine Cabin is located is quiet and consists of a 50/50 mix of full time residences and seasonal homes. Our immediate neighbors are very friendly and helpful should you have a problem during your stay.

Since 2000, we have successfully provided our cabin to guests, making every effort to accommodate a diverse range of groups, with a primary focus on families. Our guests' satisfaction is paramount, yet it is second only to the contentment of our neighbors. Sugar Pine Cabin nestles on a tranquil street inhabited by many permanent residents, who are also our long-standing personal friends. Their overwhelming support for our short-term rental has been crucial, and we aim to preserve this relationship. Beyond the rules provided, we implore our guests to show consideration for the neighborhood. Please drive safely, adhering to speed limits that reflect the current weather and road conditions. Minimize noise, park exclusively in the driveway, and honor the private property around you, despite the absence of fences. And don't hesitate to engage with our neighbors; numerous guests have forged enduring friendships here.
